About Alder Alley Bowling

Alder Alley is a 10 lane, 5-pin bowling alley located in the heart of Aldergrove, B.C. We are located approximately 15 minutes from Downtown Langley with easy access from anywhere in the Lower Mainland by taking Highway 1 and the 264th Street exit.

Orginally called Alder Lanes, this classic bowling alley opened its doors in 1962 as a 6 lane center before it expanded a few years later into the 10 lane alley it is today.

As the newest owners, we completely renovated this wonderfull little building in the summer of 2007, creating a nostalgic theme from the 50's & 60's. Although there is remodelled decor, artwork, and even new glow-in-the dark lanes with plasma monitors, we were able to continue using much of the original bowling equipment from the 1960's.

In addition to much of the vintage equipment, we were also able to convince the previous owner, Bernie, to stay with us (though not as often, since he is semi-retired) as Alder Alley enters a new era of bowling in Langley.
